Meat Mince Tacos

Ingredients

500g Minced Meat

2 medium size Potatoes (small diced)

2 Tbsp Spice Tree Taco Seasoning

1 Tbsp Cooking Oil

50ml Meat or Vegetable Stock
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp cooking oil in medium sized pan
Add diced potatoes and sauté on medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes. Cover with lid and let it cook for around 10 minutes or until the diced potatoes are easily penetrable by a fork tip.
Add minced meat and sauté on low-medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes. Cover with lid and let it cook for around 15 minutes. Minced meat releases liquid initially and will begin sizzling in its own fat and start to turn brownish. At this stage, stir well so that all the minced meat caramelise evenly.
Add 2 Tbsp Spice Tree Taco Seasoning and mix well.
Add meat or vegetable stock and simmer on low heat for around 10 minutes. At this stage, the minced meat will have turned into a rich and thick gravy.
If desired, add salt to taste.
