A healthy pancake in a hurry!
Spice Tree brings you this treasured secret from the plateaus of Southern India. Traditional Dosa or pancake makes for a good meal to kick off your day - at work, school or sport!
Add 1/2 cup yoghurt & 2 cups water to 250g pancake mix. Mix well, leave no lumps. Grease pan & wipe clean with paper towel, medium heat, pour a big spoonful. Pour oil/ghee around & on top. Flip and cook other side. Makes 15-18 pancakes!
