Ragi/Finger Millet Malt provides exceptional nutrition and is suitable for people of all ages. Add honey, sugar or jaggery for sweet porridge or add salt for a savoury porridge. Each and every ingredient is batch roasted by hand and freshly ground together.
How to prepare (for 1 person, single serve):
1. Mix 2 tablespoons of Ragi/Finger Millet Malt and 1 cup of cold water in a small pot.
2. Use a whisk to mix well and remove lumps.
3. Place on stove and cook in medium heat for one minute while constantly stirring.
4. Add milk (for sweet porridge) or more water (for savoury porridge) - as preferred. Cook on low heat while stirring and bring to boil. Turn off heat.
5. Add honey, sugar or jaggery/cane sugar (for sweet porridge) or salt (for savoury porridge).
6. Consume warm or cold. Add extra milk or water - as preferred.
