A Dry Rub you can trust to the 'T'! This Dry Rub is prepared using proven methods to extract optimal flavours from each spice.
Ingredients

Steaks/Diced Meat/Diced Vegetables

Texas Dry Rub
Directions
For Steaks: Use 1 - 1.5 Tbsps or as per preference and apply to both sides of the steak (approx 2cm thick)
Doneness of Steak:
Rare: 2-3 minutes(approx) each side
Medium Rare: 4 -5 minutes (approx) each side
Medium: 5 - 7 minutes (approx) each side
Well Done: 3 - 4 minutes each side, turn heat down and cook for another 4 - 5 minutes.
For 500g of Diced Meat or Vegetables: 2.5 to 3 Tbsps or as per preference. Grill to perfection (approx. 10 - 12 minutes).
Recipe Note
1. Squeeze a lime or lemon on the steaks/meat/vegetables before serving.
