- 500g paneer/vegetables (diced) or choice of meat
- 1 cup whisked yoghurt
- 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Spice Tree Tandoori Masala
- Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients together and leave in fridge for atleast 1 hour.
- Cook on an oil coated pan or grill in a preheated oven (200°C) or air fry for approximately 30 minutes or grill on a barbecue until cooked or to required doneness.
