Ingredients

• 3 tbsp ghee or cooking oil

• 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

• 1 finely chopped onion

• 1 tsp ginger paste

• 1 tsp garlic paste
  

• 2 chopped tomatoes or 100ml tomato puree

• 2 tbsp Spice Tree Dal Fry Masala

• 1 bunch spinach (blanched for 15 mins and then blended)

• 300g paneer (cut into cubes)

• 50ml fresh cream (optional)

• 1 tsp salt

• 50-100ml water (or according to consistency)
