Ingredients

2 tbsp cooking oil

1 tsp Spice Tree Turmeric Powder

1 medium finely chopped onion

1 tsp garlic crushed/paste

1 tsp ginger crushed/paste

1 medium finely chopped tomato

500g diced chicken/lamb
-
2 tbsp Spice Tree South Indian Korma Masala

2 - 3 tsp salt or as per taste

1 cup whisked yoghurt or 150ml coconut milk (not coconut cream)

150 - 200ml water or as per preferred consistency

5-6 sprigs finely chopped coriander leaves

2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Directions
Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onion, cook for a few minutes
Add salt and turmeric, continue stirring
Add crushed garlic and ginger, stir
Add chopped tomato, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add Spice Tree South Indian Korma Masala and stir well
Add diced chicken/lamb
Add whished yoghurt or coconut milk and stir well
Cook for approx. 15 minutes or until desired doneness of meat
Based on consistency, add water and continue cooking
When done, take off heat and add chopped coriander leaves and fresh lemon juice
